Are You Really Eating "Healthy"?

Dr. Dan, I already eat “healthy”, do I really need this food lifestyle? How do we really know if we are eating the food our bodies need, i.e. healthy? Below is a test you can take to decide for youself.

1. Are you unhappy with your weight and body shape?

2. Are you diabetic or "pre" diabetic?

3. Do you have or are you being treated for "high blood pressure"?

4. Men, do you have "man boobs" and or "dad bod"?

5. Ladies, do you have the belly and/or thigh fat that won't go away?

6. If you know your blood labs, high cholesterol? high A1C or glucose?

Any “yes” is a sign of a diet that needs help. You are likely doing the best you can with the information that you have, but your body’s needs are not being met. It’s not your fault. You CAN fix this with a nutritious, low inflammtory diet.
