Home Made Guacamole
Avocado is one of the few healthy fruits. It is high in quality fats/oils and low glycemic.
I like half a lemon squeezed per one avocado.
Start with slicing the avocado lengthwise all the way to the pit. Separate the halves.

Use the correct technique to remove the pit!!!! If you doubt me, and have a strong stomach, google search “avocado hand injury”. You have been warned.

Scoop the flesh, place into a bowl.
For traditional just add salt. For extra creamy add salt and olive oil.
Mash it up and place in refrigerator for flavors to blend and enjoy.
