Airfry frozen Artichoke Hearts

This is a simple fast and easy recipe. I wish I could make a larger batch at a time because they go so fast.

Whole Foods brand frozen artichoke hearts

Start with frozen artichoke hearts, There is no need to thaw.

Set the air-fryer to 450 deg for 14 minutes, or adjust for your fryer.

Pan with frozen artichokes, pork rind "Panko" substitute, olive oil, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese and grater
Ingredients

In a bowl, add the hearts, generous amount of olive oil. Cover with a gluten free, seed oil free, pork rind crumb like Pork King (see Amazon link page), and fresh shaved Parmesan, Romano or other favorite cheese and light sprinkle of salt. Place onto foil in the air fry basket and place in air fryer. There is no need to flip half way but you can if you prefer crispy on both sides.

Or just good olive oil and salt to keep it simple. If you like spices then it’s better to add them right. when they come out hot. The air fryer will burn most spices if you put them on first.

That’s it. Easy, delicious and nutritious. Enjoy.
